Detailed cleaning, not indiscriminate pressure
Conservatories and UPVC structures combine glazing, seals, frames, roof components, gutters, fixings and sometimes older or weathered materials. A careful process begins by understanding which exterior areas are included and how they can be accessed.
The service may include appropriate exterior cleaning of frames, roof panels, gutters or canopy surfaces, but the exact scope must be agreed in writing.
Access and condition matter
Height, roof pitch, fragile components, extensions, narrow boundaries and nearby planting can all change what is practical. Existing staining, oxidisation, scratches, failed seals or material deterioration may remain after cleaning and should not be represented as removable dirt.
